When you go to the Cog/Settings icon > Dept Settings > Bookings, you can choose to show availability only, take bookings, reservations or enquiries. You can set different options for the general public and members, or even allow different services to be booked differently.
What is an Enquiry?
An enquiry is made by a customer and will leave the time available until you confirm the booking by clicking the confirmation link in the email.
What is a Reservation?
A reservation marks the time as unavailable but the booking is not confirmed until you confirm it by clicking a link in the admin dashboard.
What is a Booking?
A booking allows a client to fully book a slot, subject to payment (if required).
