Allowing Customers to set a Password

By choosing to allow customers to set their own passwords, they will not have to re-enter their details each time they make a booking. Instead, they can choose the existing members tab during the booking process and log in. To allow customers to set their own password:

 

From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.

 

Click Settings in the left-hand column.

 

Click Bookings.

 

Click Change next to the Member Booking field, then select No Members and click Save.

 

Beneath, Customer Login is now an option. Change this to Show the option to set a password.

 

Click Save.

 

When Member Booking is set to Take Bookings, the option to set a password is automatically selected.
