The booking time step determines the frequency that a service can be booked. For example, an hour service with a booking time step of thirty minutes, can only be booked on every thirty minute interval from when the service is available. So in this example, if the hour-long service was available from 9:00, customers could book the service at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, and so on.
From the Dashboard, Click Configure.
Mouse over the Actions icon and click Edit next to the service you wish to set a time step for.
Click the Advanced Time Settings tab.
Using the Booking Time Step dropdown menu, select the duration of the booking time step.
Click Save or Update when complete.
Please note: The booking time step cannot be longer than the duration of the service.
