What Customer Information is Stored

When customers make a booking, BookingBug asks them for the following:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile number (optional)

 

You can also ask for an address during the booking process. To ask for an address:

 

From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.

 

Click Dept Settings.

 

Click Bookings.

 

Under the Address field, click Change and select Ask for customer address then click Save.

 

You can also set the Postcode to optional or required.

 

Click Save.

 

You can also set the Mobile phone number to optional or required in this section.
