JRNI offers two different options to allow your customers to book an appointment with a set duration but have that block out more time either before or after their booking in your admin calendar. The Service Type option needs to be set to Variable Flex Time for these options to show.
To enable Variable Flex Time; From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.
Click Dept Settings.
Click Change under the Service Type field.
Select Variable Flex Time and click Save.
To set the Clean up/Travel times; From the Dashboard, click Configure.
Mouse over the Actions icon and click Edit.
Click the Travel Time tab.
Use the Default Pre-Time and Default Post-Time dropdown menus to select the desired clean up and travel times.
