Enquiry / Enquiries

An Enquiry is made by a customer and will leave the time available until you confirm the booking by clicking the confirmation link in the email.

To configure JRNI to take Enquiries; From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.

Click Dept Settings.

Click Bookings.

Click Change under either Public Bookings or Member Bookings. (JRNI allows you to set specific bookings types based on if someone is a Member who saved login credentials for your Business or not.)

Click Take Enquiries.

Click Save.

JRNI will now take bookings as Enquiry. Note that payments will not be taken until you have confirmed the enquiry, and the space will remain available on the widget until the enquiry if changed to a confirmed booking by and Administrator.
