How do I set up conditional questions?

Conditional questions allow you to ask the customer an additional question based on the answer they've selected. For example, your question could be "have you had this treatment before?", if the customer chooses yes, then an additional question could ask "when was the last time you had this treatment?".

To set this up create 2 separate questions under Configure > Booking settings > and Questions. After creating the "have you had this treatment before?" question, create a new question "when was the last time you had this treatment?" and select the previously created question as the Conditional question. Tick when this question appears based on the answer selected. 

Please note when applying a conditional question in a question group, both questions need to be in the group.
