If you need to pause your BookingBug account temporarily and wish to reopen it at a later time (for example, if you have a seasonal business such as an ice skating rink), you may want to activate the account freeze feature.
- Log into your BookingBug account.
- Click the gear in the top right hand corner and then Subscription
- Select Freeze
- Set the duration for the email reminder to be sent, and then click Confirm.
It is important to note that when your account is frozen, you will no be charged by BookingBug, but you will also not have access to your account's functionality.
