How do I add custom Booking Text?

The Booking Text feature enables you to add custom text that the customer will see during the checkout process and confirmation email. This text can be tailored for each service or event group. If you use events/classes/courses, you can also edit the text and image which appears on PDF tickets on this page. 

To add generic Booking Page Text:

  1. Click Configure.
  2. Click the Booking Settings tab.
  3. Click Edit in the Booking Text square.

- If you wish to add custom text to the first page of the booking process, input this into the Booking Page Text

- If you wish to add custom text to the booking confirmation page, edit the Booking Confirmation Page Text.


To add tailored Booking Page Text:

  1. Click Configure.
  2. Click the Booking Settings tab.
  3. Click Edit in the Booking Text square. 

- If you wish to add custom text to the first page of the booking process, input this into the Per Item Booking Text. Select the the service or event group from the dropdown on the left-hand side to allocate this text to a specific item.

- If you wish to add custom text to the booking confirmation page, edit the Per Item Confirmation Text. Select the service or event group from the dropdown on the left-hand side to allocate this text to a specific item.

Once you have added the Booking Text, ensure you click Save at the bottom of the page.
