How do I set my availability?

Setting general availability

If you want to set a whole series of days as unavailable, the best way to do this is to edit the person or resource schedule:

  1. Sign in to BookingBug.
  2. In Configure, select Edit days next to the person or resource. If there is no schedule set up yet, click Edit alongside the person or resource and create a schedule.
  3. Click the grey or green box at the bottom of the availability pop-up, and then click on the days to mark them as available or unavailable.
  4. Click Save.

If you want to make certain hours of the week always unavailable, do the same but instead select Edit Hours.

Quickly blocking time on the calendar

This is most useful when you have a one-off period of time or day that you want to make unavailable:

  1. Sign in to BookingBug.
  2. In Calendar, click the time, day or week (depending on your account set up) that you want to mark as unavailable.
  3. Click Block for or Block until and choose the amount of time to block.

To delete this, simply click on the new block, and in the details pop up, click Delete block.
