How do I export booking data?

The best way to export your booking data is to use BookingBug Insights, which you can learn about here

Alternatively, you can export booking data to a spreadsheet format (.csv). To export all of your bookings or a custom selection:

  1. Go the Calendarand select Search.
  2. Enter your desired search criteria and hit Search.
  3. In the Search Results panel that appears, select Export.
  4. Choose your export options and then select either Export or Export with customer info.

To export today's bookings, yesterday's bookings or recent new bookings:

  1. Go the Calendar, and click Upcoming & Recent.
  2. Choose the desired view: Today's Bookings, Yesterday's Bookings or Recent New Bookings.
  3. Select Export on the right, above your bookings.
  4. Choose your export options and then select either Export or Export with customer info.

After selecting Export or Export with customer info, your booking data will be exported and a download will initiate in your browser.  When the download has finished, you can open the file in Microsoft Excel or an alternative program that can open .csv files.
