Setting up prices

When taking online payments, you will need an account with an online payment provider.

Firstly, you'll need to make sure you have prices turned on in your account. To check you have prices:

  1. Sign in to BookingBug.
  2. Click the Gear in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click Settings in the left-hand column.
  4. Click the Configure Pricing button.
  5. Under Pricing, see this is set to 'Set Prices'.

You can then set the prices by going to Configure and editing your service, class, and events.

Taking online payment

To set your online payment provider:

  1. Sign in to BookingBug.
  2. Click the Gear in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click Advanced settings in the left-hand column.
  4. Click the Configure online payments button.
  5. Click Change under the 'Payment provider' section and select your preferred provider.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Enter the account details required and your preferred settings.
  8. Click Save located near the footer.

For PayPal Standard and WorldPay Hosted, you are required to set a payment callback which requires changing some settings on the payment provider web site.
