How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten the password to your BookingBug account or your can't login then don't worry, it's easy to reset it. 

Simply visit your home page, click the 'Login' button, and then the 'Forgot your password?' link.

Follow the instructions to input your email address (also your username) and a new password will be sent directly to your email address. We recommend that you change your password as soon as you log back in.

Please be aware that the reset password link sent out expires after 6 hours so the link will need to be clicked within this time frame. If not, you will need to repeat the process in order to get a new one.
