Bulk purchases not showing at check out

If a bulk purchase isn't showing for a client after selecting them, there are a few things you can check:

  • Check that you've selected the right customer and they have prepaid bookings in their account
  • Check that the prepaid bookings apply to the service you're trying to book
  • Check any expiries associated with the prepaid bookings such as the date when they must be booked by and expiry dates
  • Check that the prepaid bookings have been paid for, if it is not marked as paid then the customer will be unable to use them
