The Multi Schedule feature lets you input different times for an irregular staff rota schedule. For example, if someone worked 8am-3pm Monday 8th and then 7am-1pm the following Monday etc
You can enable multi schedule types with the following steps:
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Configure Services.
- Change Service Type to Combination.
Once enabled, you can set up and manage your different staff times under Configure > theYour Business tab > and click Edit in Staff.
To add a new staff time:
- Click Create New.
- Click Create Availability Multi Schedule.
- Click Create Another.
- Click Edit Schedule beside the colour availability box.
- Set the availability and click Save.
- On the yearly calendar, click on the colour to set the corresponding dates and Save.
Once you've done this, you can set up additional schedules and put them on the yearly calendar.
