Can clients book multiple items with a shopping basket?

By default, JRNI is set up to allow one booking per customer per session, however, if you would like to give them the option to 'purchase' more than one session before they checkout, then you can turn on the Shopping Basket/Cart:

  1. Sign in to JRNI.
  2. Click the Gear icon () in the right-hand corner.
  3. Click Settings in the left-hand column.
  4. Under the Bookings heading, click Configure Bookings.
  5. Change Use a shopping basket to Shopping Basket (multi-book).

After the customer has selected the first session to book, they will then be prompted to either checkout or to add another item (session) to their basket.
