How do I make a booking on behalf of the customer?

To add a hourly, day or week based bookings, follow these instructions:

  1. On Calendar, click on the time or day you wish to make a booking on.
  2. Click Add booking and then click on the service.
  3. From the pop-up, you can add the customer details. We highly recommend entering the name and email address at least. If the customer has booked with your previously, you can choose them from the Existing customers tab.
  4. Confirm the booking details are correct and click Confirm.

To add a booking for a class, course or event, follow these instructions:

  1. Under Calendar then Dashboard, click Book alongside the session under Upcoming activities.
  2. From the pop-up, you can add the customer details. We highly recommend entering the name and email address at least. If the customer has booked with your previously, you can choose them from the Existing customers tab.
  3. Confirm the booking details are correct and click Confirm.

Depending on your email notification settings, the customer will receive an email confirmation after you have made the booking on their behalf.
