What customer information is stored?

When customers make a booking, JRNI asks them for the following:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile number (optional)

You can also ask for an address during the booking process. To ask for an address:

  1. Click Account.
  2. Click Settings in the left-hand column.
  3. Click Configure Bookings.
  4. Change Address to Ask for customer address. You can also set the Postcode to optional or required.
  5. Click Save.

You can also set the Mobile phone number to optional or required in this section.

  • Hello there.  Nice feature.  How do I stop the telephone prefix defaulting to Albania and forcing the user to scroll through loads of countries.  Am making a system for a smallish local charity and seeing Albania then dropping down is proving a bit of a UX niggle in testing.  Thanks
