Can I have individual schedules for my Services?

By default, your services are always available - it is resources and staff that have their own availability schedule. However, if your services also have their own availability then you can enable this with the following steps:

  1. Log in to JRNI.
  2. Click Account in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click Settings in the left-hand column.
  4. Click Configure Services.
  5. Change Service Schedules to Schedule for each service.
  6. Click Configure in the top navigation.
  7. Click Edit on the Services box.
  8. Click Edit alongside the service, and go to the Time settings tab.
  9. Click Create Availability Time Schedule.
