Updating Billing Information

At the end of your trial or when your current card has expired, you will be asked to update your card details and billing information within your account. Note: we recommend you update these details as soon as possible to avoid a possible backlog with invoice payments.

To do this, firstly, you need to go to Account > Business Information and make sure that the business address is updated.

Secondly, you will need to go to Account > Subscription > Update payment details.

What you need to do here is make sure that the State field is entered using the two digit postal code format. You can find a list of state codes for the US here and for Canada here.
