Can customers share their bookings on social networks?

JRNI allows your customers to share their bookings on Facebook or Twitter - essentially this allows your customers to do some free marketing on your behalf! To enable this social network sharing:

  1. Click the gear in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Navigate to Settings, followed by Notifications from the left hand panel.
  3. Select Social Sharing under Social. 
  4. Choose to Allow Facebook and/or Allow Twitter sharing options.

We also strongly recommend that you customise the automated message that they share:

  1. Select Customise next to the switch where you enable them. 
  2. Edit the message that they share to fellow customers.

By default, it will link to your own JRNI public page, but you can change this to your own website and can completely change the message that is sent.
