How do I attach a PDF ticket to email confirmations?

For event based businesses, you can attach a PDF ticket to the confirmation email the customer receives:

  1. Sign in to JRNI.
  2. Click Edit alongside your course, class, or event.
  3. Under Pricing, tick the Require PDF tickets check box.
  4. Click Save.

Customers will receive a PDF ticket which will contain the event and ticket information.
