How do I turn on CAPTCHA?

If you are concerned about spam bookings then one of the things you can do is ask customers to complete a CAPTCHA code during the booking process:

  1. Sign in to JRNI.
  2. Click Account in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click Settings in the left-hand column.
  4. Click Configure Bookings.
  5. Tick the option Require customers to enter a CAPTCHA to confirm bookings.
  6. Click Save.

Please note that this will add an extra step in the booking process and some people may find Captcha codes difficult to complete.
