- Sign in to JRNI
- Click on the Gear in the upper right-hand corner
- Click Settings in the left hand column
- Click Notifications
- Under Email, click Edit under Send and Receive
- Then under Email reminders enable session reminder by turning Send customer email reminder to On
- Now you can choose how long before the appointment you want to send the reminder, by clicking Edit alongside the On/Off switch
These emails can be sent from one hour before the appointment up to one year before.
