Moving a Booking


To quickly move a Booking using the Calendar, click and drag the desired appointment from its original location to the desired new Booking time slot on the Calendar. Release to open the menu.

Click to edit Appointment details as desired, then click Save. Click Save and Email to save the Booking and send an email confirmation to the Customer regarding the moved Booking. Click Close to cancel.

To move a Booking to a time and date outside of the Calendar display, first navigate to, then click the desired appointment on the Calendar.

Mouse-over the Actions icon next to the Appointment details field to reveal the menu.

Click Move Booking.

Click the mini-Calendar to select the desired date, or click the Arrow icons to navigate between months.

Click the desired Booking time slot to reveal the menu.

Click Move Booking to here to move the Booking. Click Move Booking and email to move the Booking and send an email confirmation regarding the moved Booking.
