The Staff Menu allows you to create, edit, and remove bookable staff members who are a part of your business. This is where you will configure your Staff members and their schedules so they can take Bookings for a Service, Event, or Course that they provide.
From the Dashboard, click Configure to open the BookingBug Configuration menu.
Click Staff. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. If your Business settings have Staff, Resources, or Services toggled off, the option will not appear on the menu.)
The Staff Members menu will be displayed. Click Search to search for a Staff Member.
Click Export to export the list of Staff Members in .csv or .xls format.
Click Create New to create a new Staff Member.
Mouse-over the Actions icon next to the desired Staff member to view options for each Staff Member.
The Actions menu allows you to Edit or Delete the Staff Member, Show Staff Member details, or view the What & Where menu for the Staff Member.
Click Edit Hours - Edit Days / Edit Schedule to view the Availability schedule for each Staff Member. Control which hours and days each Staff Member is available at your Business. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. Staff Schedules can be created by Editing the desired Staff Member and selecting the Create Availability Time Schedule option if they do not yet exist.)
