Events can be configured to have waiting lists, ticket groups, membership types, and attendance lists.
To edit these settings; from the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.
Click Dept Settings.
Click Events. (Events must be turned on in My Business settings.)
Under the desired Event setting, click Change.
Waiting Lists allow you to add a certain amount of spaces in your Events for possible cancellations. Customers on the waiting list of a full Course or Event will be added to the attendance list in the event of a cancellation. Select the desired option, then click Save.
Ticket Groups allow you to created tiered ticket prices, and different types of ticket to your Events. (Ticket Groups incur an additional monthly charge.)
Membership Types allow you to created tiered ticket prices, and different types of tickets to your Events. (Membership types incur an additional monthly charge.)
Attendance keeps records of your Customers' showing up to your Courses and Events. Select True by default to have attendees marked as present by default, or choose False by default to manually confirm attendees for each class.
