SMS

BookingBug allows you to customise the Email, SMS, and Social Media messages of your Business. You can determine where emails are sent and received, choose your SMS phone number, and determine the content Customers receive in these messages.


From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.


Click Dept Settings.


Click Notifications.


Under 'SMS' > 'Send and Receive', click Edit.


Click the Dropdown menu to select the desired country prefix, then enter the desired SMS phone number.


Click the Confirmation, Reminder, and Follow Up switches to toggle SMS options on and off.


Click Notifications to return.
