From the Dashboard, click Configure to open the BookingBug Configuration menu.
Click Resources. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. If your Business settings have Staff, Resources, or Services toggled off, the option will not appear on the menu.)
Click Create New.
Enter the desired Resource name and description.
Enter an Email address into the Email field if you would like an additional Booking email sent when the Resource is booked.
Click the 'Never marked as booked' checkbox to toggle the option on and off. This setting will keep the Resource available even if it is in use for another Booking. This option is useful if your Resource is capable of facilitating most or all of your Business' appointments.
Click the Question Set dropdown menu to select a Question set to apply to the Resource, if desired. These questions will be asked to Customers who book this Resource.
Click Create Availability Schedule / Edit Schedule to create and edit the Staff Member's availability. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. If your Business settings have Staff Schedules or Multi-schedules toggled off, the options may not appear on the menu.)
Click Create when complete.
