Accessing & Navigating the Services Menu

From the Dashboard, click Configure to open the JRNI Configuration menu.

Click Services. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. If your Business settings have Staff, Resources, or Services toggled off, the option will not appear on the menu.)

The Services menu will be displayed. Click Search to search for a Service.

Click Create New to create a new Service.

Mouse-over the Actions icon next to the desired Service to view options for each Service.

The Actions menu allows you to Edit or Delete the Service, Show Service details, or view the Who & Where menu for the Service.

Click Edit Hours - Edit Days / Edit Schedule to view the Availability schedule for each Staff Member. Control which hours and days each Staff Member is available at your Business. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. Staff Schedules can be created by Editing the desired Staff Member and selecting the Create Availability Time Schedule option if they do not yet exist.)
