Using the Search Menu (Find a Booking)

The Search feature allows you to search your past, present, and future Bookings made at your Business. Use this feature to quickly view appointments from a certain Customer, a certain Service, or view Bookings over a period of time. Use Advanced search options and Exporting features to create records of your company's transactions.


From the Dashboard, click Search.


To search by Booking; click to adjust the Booking Details dropdown menus to set the desired search.


Click the desired Search window option. All will display all Bookings that match the Search settings. All past bookings will search all Bookings before the current date. All future bookings will display all Bookings falling after the current date.


Click to select a Day Range in which to search Bookings. Click the Calendar icon next to the desired field to adjust the date.


Navigate to the desired dates, then click to select the search window.


Click to select a Time Range in which to search Bookings. Click the Calendar icon next to the desired field to adjust the date.


Navigate to the desired date, then click to select the time window in which to Search.


Click the Cancelled Bookings dropdown menu to select whether to include Cancelled Bookings.


Click Filter results by questions and answers to search by the answers your Customers have given to Booking Questions (Booking Questions need to be set for this field to appear).


Click Search to perform the search.


Results will be displayed. Click Search to search within the results. Click Export to export the list of Bookings as a .csv file.


Click the Customer field to view the Booking's Customer entry. Click the Status field to adjust Booking status.


Mouse-over the Actions icon next to the desired Booking, then click Cancel to cancel the Booking. Click Details to view Booking details, or Notes to view and edit appointment Notes.
