Business Questions will ask Customer's to provide additional information during their first Booking at your Business. These Booking Questions are saved to your Customer's profile for future Bookings.
From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.
Click Dept Settings.
Click Business Questions.
Click Search to search Business Questions.
Click Create New to create a new Business Question.
Enter the desired question.
Click the Question type dropdown menu, then click the desired Question type.
Use the Applies to dropdown menu to select which Service, Event, etc... the Business Question will apply to.
Enter the desired answer(s). Click Create Another to add additional question options.
Use the Required checkbox to toggle whether the Question must be answered during Booking or not.
To view a specific Business Question, navigate to the desired question, then mouse-over the Actions icon to reveal the menu.
Edit Question settings as desired, then click Update.
To delete a Business Question, first mouse-over the Actions icon to reveal the menu.
