Freezing & Unfreezing an Account

From the Dashboard, click the Cog/Settings icon.

Click Subscription.

Click Freeze Account.

Use the Unfreeze reminder checkbox to set a desired reminder length.

Click Freeze Account.

To unfreeze an account, enter the required account login details on the BookingBug login screen.

Click Login.

Click Unfreeze Account.

Click Unfreeze Account.
