The KnowledgeBase is your one-stop shop for creating, setting up, and maintaining your BookingBug account. To access, first click the Support icon.
Click the BookingBug KnowledgeBase icon to access.
Click the desired Category heading.
The Category heading will expand. Underneath the chosen subject, a list of articles will appear. Click the desired Article title to view.
Click and scroll to advance through the tutorial. Each step in the BookingBug KnowledgeBase has a corresponding image and icon to help you along.
Follow the article step-text to complete the chosen action in BookingBug.
Click the BookingBug icon to close the KnowledgeBase and return to BookingBug.
Use the Search field to search for relevant terms and articles in BookingBug. Click the Search icon to perform a search.
Click the desired result to view.
