Question sets can be built for Events to gather additional information from your Customers as well as make price adjustments according to how certain questions are answered. See 'Creating Booking Questions' and 'Question Groups' for additional information on creating Question sets.
From the Dashboard, click Configure to open the JRNI Configuration menu.
Click Single Events. (These Settings will appear when toggled on for your Business. If your Business settings have Courses or Events toggled off, the option will not appear on the menu.)
Click Edit next to the desired Event. Click Create New to create a new Event.
Scroll to the Question Set field.
Click the Question Set dropdown menu, then select the desired Question Set.
Click Save / Create.
To view and edit Booking Questions included in the Question Set navigate to Configure > Booking Settings > Booking Questions. (See 'Creating Booking Questions' for additional instruction.
To view and edit Question Sets for Events, navigate to Configure > Booking Settings > Booking Questions > Question Sets. (See 'Question Groups' for additional instruction.)
