Why do my Bulk Purchases not match the credits against the customer?

If the Duration field of a Bulk Purchase is left blank (Configure > Promotions > Bulk Purchases), the default value is set to 60 minutes. This will cause Bookings of multiple hours to use more than one credit if improperly configured. 


If the duration of a Bulk Purchase is left blank, and a Service is 4 hours long; the Service will require 4 prepaid Bookings to complete. If the Service length is longer than the available credits, negative values will display.
