Scheduled Platform Upgrade, Tuesday 13th September 2022 at 00:00am (BST)
Dear Valued Customer
We want to make you aware that on Tuesday 13th September 2022 at 00:00am (BST), we will be performing an upgrade to the JRNI platform. Whilst it is no different to our usual platform upgrades, you may in this instance, experience some reduction in speed of the platform while the upgrade occurs. To minimize the impact to our customers, we will be performing the upgrade outside of core business hours. The upgrade should take approximately 60 minutes and we will send a follow-up email once it has been completed.
During this window, the JRNI platform will still be accessible and services will continue as normal with the exception of the possibility that the speed of the platform may be reduced. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
