Scheduled Platform Upgrade, Tuesday 25th October 2022 at 02:00am (AEST)

Dear Valued Customer,


We want to inform you that on Tuesday, 25th October 2022, at 02:00 am (AEST), we will be performing an upgrade to the JRNI platform. Whilst this upgrade is happening, there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 60 minutes. To minimise the impact on our customers, we will perform the upgrade outside core business hours. We will send a follow-up email once it is complete. 


During this maintenance window, the JRNI platform may be inaccessible, and services will resume immediately after the maintenance window is complete. We will send a follow-up email informing you when the services have resumed.
